Skilled Nursing

Registered Nurses (RN) assess your physical condition, communicate regularly with your doctor, and provide necessary treatments. The nurses will help you and your family understand your condition and the treatment you need such as:

Acute and chronic disease
Pain control
Catheter care

Certified Home Health Aide

Supervised by skilled discipline
Assist clients with activities of daily living which include
      but not limited to personal care and bathing

Physical Therapy

Provides a physician prescribed exercise modality to rehabilitate clients at their own homes.

Occupation Therapy

Assist clients regain the skills necessary for self-care and the activities of daily living.

Speech Therapy

Provides corrective therapy to develop and restore communication skills.

Medical Social Worker

Social workers assist clients and their families cope with the personal and emotional impact of illness or disability.
Social workers help locate financial resources and community assistance such as home meal delivery or support groups.

Dietary Services

Dieticians provide individual counseling to help you incorporate the special diet prescribed by the physician.

Durable Medical Services (DME)

Assist with obtaining DME as needed.

Laboratory

Laboratory specimen collection as ordered by the doctor.

Special Services
CCS, EPSDT, IHO Programs

We provide services to adults and children with full-scope Medi-Cal under these programs. These services can be hourly of shifts in a patient's home provided by Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) and Certified CNA/Home Health Aides CHHAs)

We specialized in shift nursing for infants and children with the following condition: Mental Retardation, Cerebral Palsy, Epilepsy, and Autism. Our nurses provide G-tube feeding, Tracheostomy care, Ventilator Care, and education/training for the family.

Medicare/Medi-Cal covered services for entitles
recipients are covered at no cost to the client.
